approvhub isn't open yet. This notice covers the one thing we collect today: the work email you leave when you ask for early access.
Who we are
approvhub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17535732). We decide how your email is used, so we are the controller of it. Questions about your data: hello@approvhub.com.
What we collect

That's all. This website doesn't set cookies.
Why we use it
To email you when your early-access place is ready, and when approvhub launches. We won't use it for anything else, and we never sell it.
Our legal basis
Consent. You give it when you leave your email. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@approvhub.com, and we'll delete your details.
Where it's stored
In our database with Supabase, in London.
Who handles it
- Supabase stores your email in its London data centre.
- Vercel hosts this website. When you visit, it handles your connection details (such as your IP address) to deliver the page. Vercel is a US company and uses UK-approved safeguards for this.
- To stop spam, the form keeps your IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes. It is never saved.
We don't share your email with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until approvhub launches, plus 12 months. Or until you ask us to delete it, if that's sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or get a copy of it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@approvhub.com. We reply within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to help first.
